orienteering long (mega!) 3:37:00 [2]
slept:7.8

Fun fun fun. Even did a 4 minute warm-up. I am thinking this is a reasonable equivalent for the 19 miler my training schedule had on for today. If not, who cares, it was still fun.

running warm up/down 10:00 [1]

A bit of jogging. Didn't manage to keep me from getting stiff though ...

orienteering race (sprint) 40:00 [3] **
slept:6.0

Sprint races x 3. Good first one and third one. Two whoopses on the second, including running right past one on the road and almost going to the next one ... at least a realized. Fun way to get back into O after a season off ... love the 1:5,000 maps!

running (roads) 33:00 [1]
slept:7.0 shoes: Asics 2100

Mass Ave. Thought I might have company, but no one showed up this morning. Still, nice to be done for the day at just after 6am.

running (treadmill) 1:09:00 [2] 9.0 mi (7:40 / mi)
slept:8.0 shoes: pegasus

Didn't feel like getting up early, so I did my run at 8pm instead. Still took a while to feel good, but the pace was much better than I would have managed 14 hours earlier ... The VCR was my salvation ... 'Singin' in the Rain' for a bit of light relief.

running warm up/down (roads) 28:00 [1]
slept:7.0 shoes: Asics 2100

5:40 am. Tried to get onto the new High School track, but it is not apparently open yet. So I did the hill session I would have done next week. Probably better anyway as my body was not awake yet. First day of the fall with tights on :-)

running hills (roads) 26:00 [3]
shoes: Asics 2100

Mass Ave to Gray St hills. Did not feel quick, so I tried to focus on form. It worked some of the time. 6 hills x over 2 minutes (some over 2:30), and recovery down. I suppose some of it was more like 4 for intensity, but it wasn't consistent.

Aquajogging 27:00 [1]

Mid-day. Felt a little tired, but overall amazingly un-sore.
