Tried to keep the pace up, and definitely ran harder than I usually do these days. It took about 30 minutes to truly warm up, but at the end I felt like I could have done another few miles comfortably ... just had to get to work. Still much slower than I think I ought to be. So hard to tell what is aging and what is fitness (lack of).
Thinking about a 10 mile trail race in April ... we'll see. And whether to run red or green this spring.
