Went to the WW1 Memorial Stadium (basically the club sport rec field at KSU) for some speedwork. Tried to do something resembling my old dynamic warm-ups we did in HS track. Couldn't remember everything but did a skipping lap, and then some calisthenics and movement drill (strides, high knees, etc.) as well as a little stretching and leg swings.

5 x 4 minute pick-ups (ended up being about a 6:45 pace? Which is sad- I need to do more speedwork). 2 minutes super easy jog in between. Stretched out afterwards to cool down.
