Easy easy day to loosen out from speedwork yesterday and before a longer run tomorrow. From the hotel ran down Colorado to the Asian grocery store up to City Park, around and back. Beautiful day.

Went to the WW1 Memorial Stadium (basically the club sport rec field at KSU) for some speedwork. Tried to do something resembling my old dynamic warm-ups we did in HS track. Couldn't remember everything but did a skipping lap, and then some calisthenics and movement drill (strides, high knees, etc.) as well as a little stretching and leg swings.

5 x 4 minute pick-ups (ended up being about a 6:45 pace? Which is sad- I need to do more speedwork). 2 minutes super easy jog in between. Stretched out afterwards to cool down.
