ZtO Course, no real errors (I would hope so) but I was moving at a snail pace from a wonderful combo of being out of running shape, a terribly upset stomach and doing squats an hour before the course. Just gotta work on my fitness level then implementing my orienteering skills while moving at a fast speed.
