Thought I was going to wait until Tuesday but the many things on my mind dictated I lift today instead...

Felt pretty damn good. Would love to take my 1RM soon to see what's changed.

70 is still a bit much but 60 is pretty run-of-the-mill for me now. Maybe I'll start using an empty ez-bar and adding plates for 65 lbs...

Arvin was nearing closing time so I supersetted these to hurry things along. Was pretty worn out by the end due to decreased rest time. Pretty normal exercises in my routine though.


Worried about a couple of things:
-That I'll hit a rut with this kind of routine. Probably should throw in a 5x5 occasionally.
-One sided muscle dominance with my left arm. I'm right handed so it's a bit bizarre. Probably need more dumbbell exercises to help balance this out

Put off my breakdown of this race for too long...

HOWEVER, I then realized I'm not going to break this down at all. Nothing went right. Sick/exhausted, parallel errors, bad navigation overall. Really upsetting and have no desire to dwell on it any longer...

I'll do a point-by-point breakdown later however some quick thoughts (from a week later):

Really frustrated by some things. This race, overall, was decent. A few minor errors on two-three points but everything else was really pretty clean EXCEPT for "the big error". I don't understand why it always happens but there's always one point that I screw up horribly. Look at the splits and point 16. AP reckons I lost almost 16 minutes here. Talked about it with Jordan after the race but still am really vexed by this. This seems to happen every race and no matter what I can't seem to avoid it.
