Took an academic day to study but not before I did a little cardio. The middle ten minutes I went pretty hard and tried to get my heart rate up.

Afterwards I sat in the sauna for 10 minutes.

Started out doing woods intervals of Keith's making. After the first of three rounds though my legs felt like concrete and I SLOWLY jogged out to Camp Shea and back to the vans. Yesterday really took it outta me.
