John Klaben is a filthy van thief.

On that note because we couldn't bag and top today I went for a Lee Gate run. I was a bit apprehensive about how I would feel and so for the first half I focused too much on how fast/far I was going and didn't get in a good zone until near the end. In retrospect I was pretty pleased with the pace and how my knee held up. Got a little endorphin kick when I finished as well so all in all a pleasing run.
