Went to Sherman with Letarte to make myself into a better person.
Calculated 1-Rep Max on Bench- 190
Worked on Squat form at 5x5x135
4x45 and 5x40 on Inclined Dumbbell Press
Did some core exercises and whatnot as well.
Also rocked out to HU. Good times.
