Running warm up/down 42:00 [3] 9.35 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarglide+ 5

Running intervals 16:00 [5] 3.7 km (4:19 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 flite 195 B&R

8*~400m on a 2 minute cycle. Not sure running these sorts of intervals on garmin distance is the best idea, felt pretty random. Sitting around 1.10 for all of them, so not too quick, but still got through alright

Running warm up/down 30:00 [3] 6.2 km (4:50 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarglide+ 5

Running intervals 5:00 [5] 1.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarglide+ 5

5*~30 second hill intervals. I had to stop these as it was too slippery where I was trying to do them.

Running tempo 12:30 [4] 3.0 km (4:10 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarglide+ 5

Did a hillyish tempo session instead of continued hill intervals, which was much better

Running 1:10:00 [3] 16.0 km (4:23 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarglide+ 5

Pretty sick run this one. Got up really early and set out into the light misty rain, which continued at the same level for the entire run. Set off down the road which the camp is on, which is a main road and even at 6.30 there were plenty of cars smashing past at 100 km/h, so I ditched off at the earliest opportunity and ran down this adjoining dirt road, which turned out to be awesome to run along. I did 2*10minute tempos in this session, one from 25-35 and the other from 50-60, both covering around 2.7km. Pretty great run

Running 46:18 [3] 9.18 km (5:03 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarglide+ 5

I was at school "study" camp this week down near Rosebud on the Mornington Penisula, staying at a ranch-type place down there.
I ran around the trail riding loop they have there, then out to the roads for some extra time. The sand dunes, which is what the trail riding loop goes through, looked pretty sick, not exactly very complicated, but both open and interesting enough for sure
