- 3 on 3, no one else showed
- hip was alright- could feel it during sprinting warm ups, but just tight otherwise

- new trail along intercity rail
- ran along muddy trail past Clonsilla, found road at 0:30 and worked my way back
- good pace, fun to run something new
- Hip was tender at start, fine until ~0:45 when I was back on roads- sore at finish (finishing interval 1.0 km)

- L leg was tight, but was fine during practice, sore again afterwards, but better friday morning than after soccer on tuesday

- easy swim, trying to warm up hamstrings a bit before water-jet massage
