Cross-country skiing warm up/down 15:00 [1]

Cross-country skiing race 3:24:43 [4] 42.0 km (4:52 / km)

Mattila Ski Marathon. Really tough conditions again, this is the 5th time I have skied this race and every time the conditions have been terrible. Today heavy snowfall and loose tracks. Haven't done enough skiing to have the technique to beat the conditions. It's going to be tough to do Vasaloppet this year.

Intervals 28:00 intensity: (10:00 @1) + (18:00 @5)

Thursday evening intervals at the indoor track. Was late returning from my Stockholm trip so I missed the beginning and did the last 2 intervals in the first set, then the complete second set. 70/20 intervals x 15. 10 min warm-up/cool-down
