Ran home from Skutberget, basically the same run as 2 weeks ago, shortened just a little. Fel like I kept good running form the whole way. Great end to a good week of training.
Ran from the hotel in Sundbyberg around Lötsjöarna and the lighted track at Ursvik. Felt kind of tired and groggy, probably the early morning start getting to Stockholm.
Lunch time F&S gym work-out. Did only arms and core strength today, no legs, since yesterdays run left me sore legs.

Recovery run together w/ Tone. We ran on parts of the 10k and gravel roads at Tuggelite just as it was getting dark. Felt tired but much better afterwards.
Rollerski after work t/r Kil, but turned back early. Good effort.

Street-O course which was to be run at high intensity. (Snabbdistans) Felt better than I have in a long time. The map was a very poor back/white copy and I made a 4-5 minute error which wasn't too clever. Tired and sore afterwards which I guess means this was a good work-out.
