Warmup before hill training.

Threshold run on our usual hill loop to test progress. I am fairly satisfied with the result. I believe I should be able to brake 21:00 closer to summer.
12:31 up and 9:15 down.

Second loop to finish training.

Road run (intervals) 16:30 [5] 3.0 mi (5:30 / mi)

12x400m alternating 1/4 intervals on DeAnza track with local guys. Coach Vlad was there as well! I like how my body reacted to this load :)
My target was 1:20-1:22 which I executed perfectly.

Road run (warmup-cooldown-between) 50:00 [2] 6.0 mi (8:20 / mi)

About 6 miles between intervals and for warmup/cooldown.

Some stretching before and after run. Need to enter all my stretching into log :)

Ran around Stanford campus for hour and five minutes. It was lightly raining.
