Tried to run more. It's hard to find the perfect path. In our old apartment it was perfect - the Bridle Trails were just around the corner. And it was the perfect distance - right about 10k. Now I have to find a new one. May be tomorrow I should do 2 yesterday's laps. But it's killing - to go past the house and to know that I could be in right now but to know that instead I have to do the same amount again. Well, will see.
And have to make myself stretch afterwards. I can feel my shin splints otherwise. It's like they are warning me it's gonna be bad if I don't start doing something about them.
