Step treadmill march at the gym, but no running.

Did an AM foot waddle & DT, and if anything, that almost felt like a took my foot from not annoyed, to annoyed.
Did a full set of strength stuff after the treadmill climb at the gym, (which includes the foot waddle & DT) and that didn't make the foot worse, or better.
It (R-foot)was a bit mildly annoyed on/off all day - hopefull it's not going to flare up worse in some way. It does seem a *bit* of a one-off.
Maybe I'll try the 30-minute run, alternating with a ~10 minute jog & stretch - as the best the feet have felt (completely normal for 12-36 hours) is generally after my run & DT/stretch.
