Mt. Penn. Nipped by 9 seconds by Clem (getting back in shape he is...) Vs. Clem I lost 3 minutes due to sloppy Nav. on # 2, 2 minutes on # 13 due to horrible rocks on my route, and Clem lost 5 minutes on # 15 due to a stolen control. Aside from that, we were even within seconds on every leg. However, given the causes of the time losses above, Clem wins hands down, due to the stolen bag.
Physically, it was moderately to brutally rocky on much of the course. Given that, at the Sat. sprint, my foot held up well - it was moderately sore during and after the run, and it's fine Mon. morning.
