Orienteering 1:51:27 [4] 11.28 km (9:53 / km) +395m 8:24 / km

Moderately accurate, and got really tired on last part. Lost ~4-6 min. on route choice, and ~3-4 minutes on attacks. Got tired & slow after 90 minutes (on fight through 12-13 green..)

R-foot got sore at ~30 minutes so had to take it easy on that foot (i.e. limp slightly) but it had recovered to almost no limp/no pain by the end.

Running (Warmup & Cooldown) 8:00 [2] 0.8 mi (10:00 / mi)

Orienteering 42:03 [4] 4.31 km (9:45 / km) +215m 7:49 / km

Team Trials Short, 6th

Many small mistakes, but none worse than :45 sec. Many people made at least one 2+ minute mistake, so I ended up okay. R-foot very lightly sore near end of race, and on/off in early evening, and in middle of night (while awake and walking - it didn't wake me up...)

Running (Warmup) 12:00 [3] 1.2 mi (10:00 / mi)

Running (Warmup & Cooldown) 10:00 [2] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Strength (Gym Weights) 15:00 [1]

Fairly light session, including a foot/ankle session. R-foot very lightly sore while running to/from gym.

Tomorrow's rest, then trials... where I hope to finish 9th out of 12th (despite my rankings seeding of 6th...) Considering 10th, 11th and 12th all beat me by a substantial margin at the Billygoat last week though, holding onto 9th would be good.

Orienteering 55:12 [2] 5.4 km (10:13 / km)

VF Mt. Joy, US Relay Champs Green, backwards, fairly easy, in light rain. Shoes totally filled with water on every traverse through grass. Took it easy on footing, to ensure no new blisters.

R-Quad is still sore from the goat this evening. Hopefully I won't still be feeling it this weekend!

R-foot was near 100% during the whole run. Yay! I wonder what was up with it yesterday. Perhaps the approach of the rain is worse than the rain itself? Odd.

Running (Warmup & Cooldown) 13:00 [2] 1.3 mi (10:00 / mi)

Strength 15:00 [1]

ONA legs only, plus ankles in the air... Foot lightly sore today on and off, but better after workout.

Other Aerobic (Water Aerobics) 30:00 [2]

Lots of arms and mid-body, plus lots of bouncing on toes off bottom and some water running/cycling.

My quads are sore from yesterday's run, but amazingly my foot has felt totally normal all morning and even during all the off-the-toe bounces in water aerobics. I kept expecting it to get a little sore on the bounces but it never did.

Now, it is a nice sunny day, and that may help, but for the day after the BillyGoat, and doing a lot of pool toe bouncing that hurt my foot just two weeks ago, I'm pretty happy my foot is fine!

Running (Grass) 5:00 [2] 0.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Light warmup jog. Foot was very lightly sore on some bumpy ground and some downhill. In regular (old) running shoes.
