Legs didn't have it today, so skipped the 2nd butterfly loop cutting 7, 8 & 9 from the course. Also neglected breakfast so was running on fumes. Nice day in the woods, but not pushing it. Errors on 2 & 4, pretty certain I was in circle and neglected to see flag which lead to pointless relocations.

Found a Taco with a stick in Westerly, RI - didn't turn up in previous search as transmission listed as 'unspecified', but photo definitely shows a 6-speed manual. Gonna go take a look/test since they are hard to locate. Can't make any decision until appraiser looks at mine. But doesn't hurt to be ready.

So got out for a jaunt to the lake - 8x500m - a bit variable since it's actually 8x200 paces and stride varies a bit. These weren't easy, but felt good at the end.

MVA yesterday, spent much of today chasing insurance & police reports. Plus no big orange beast to take me anywhere - appraiser comes Tuesday (truck an hour away in East Lyme). Damage front and rear, all air bags went off. Tow driver figures totaled, but Tacos hold their value, so not sure, insurance may attempt repair. Regardless, no formal exercise today, just some non-logged yardwork pulling invasives.

80, humid, overcast. Wasn't really feeling a run, but went out just the same. Easy 1000m, then opted to do intervals until I wasn't feeling it. Wound up doing 8x250ish, was aiming for 200m, basically running 100 strides, but perhaps my stride length is improving? Or my ability to count to 100 is failing. But ran 'em hard enough to have some anaerobic benefit I think. Better than a slow shuffle anyway.
