Hot, humid and hot.... Did not arrive early enough for my usual NRE pre-start, started shortly after 10am. Pretty decent for 40-45 minutes - overshot #5 being on W side of wall rather than between. Planned to hit water drop enroute to #6 then ran right by it. Around #10 started feeling light headed and stumbling a bit more than I liked. Popped out on road enroute to #13 and opted to call it a day. Enough course left that it would have been a slog and taken away from photo time. Since it's an NRE I felt the job was more important than points, which would have been far enough down the rankings to get tossed anyway. Then a couple hours with camera - woods too green for good photo ops, so mostly near finish.

Stupid humid, but still cool out. Hop River > Cheney > Charter Oak > Hop River from Church St. Working pretty steadily but HR says otherwise. Changed graph color for bike to blue for better contrast.

3 easy, then picked up the pace trying to stay under 5min/km without going too hard. Wasn't easy but good to have pushed it. Paused at the notch for portalet stop.
