Taking Hayden to TSO in Worcester this afternoon, so O at Sessions or Wachusett didnt really fit the plan. Opted for the social run at Bigelow as that would get me home in time to shower, eat, etc. Social pace, with frequent regrouping stops which i'm not a fan of since I tend to get chilled. So I ran sweep for most of this behind Nipmuck Dave on his arm braces. He moves really well on all fours, but hills still slow and boulder fields are a challenge. So prett sedate, but steady pace at the back until we crossed back into CT atbthe NE corner of Breakneck Pond at which point I bid adieu to the group and ran the final bit at a more spirited pace, the last bit often off trail as the jeep road was pretty gravelly while the woods were just delightful. Surprised my HR wasn't higher than it was for the last bit, but that may just be due to the extended easy warmup.

Usual Thursday night run on Cheney RT. Started easy, gradually picking up the pace to turnaround, then full out back to Center Springs Park. Pretty sure the max HR is legit, there wasnt an extra gear. First time Ive ever noticed the Garmin HR does go past 6.0. Kinda like amps that goto 11... they're just louder...
