Saturday at the Forest - with the crew for first half, then wound up off the front solo when I went to sandpit and rest stayed on Sodom. Wound up slightly off course when I got onto a game trail on north side of woodchuck, realized fairly quickly it wasn't the main trail, but stayed on it until woods opened up, then worked my way L back to Shenipsit Trail.

And then breakfast at LuAnns with Emma, Erika & Emily.

Off to crew band competition in Groton this afternoon.

Finally made to happy hills. Base is still there, but fitness is gone. Pretty maxed out every trip up the hill. But got out there and hopefully this will Kickstart more regular running.
