An easy, meandering exploration of a series of trails along the Willimantic River with Emma, Ken & Jeff. Some dog legs, some bonus miles, but in the end we managed to get from River Park in Mansfield to River Park/Becker Conservation Area in Tolland. Was originally going to be 5 miles out, 5 miles back, but we had logged 8 by the time we finished the Becker Loop so I bummed a ride back with Emma & Shaun, since I needed to get to work.

A lot of folks ran big this weekend, so "Hills" migrated to the flatness of Shenipsit Trail along the lake. Ran from home, briskly since I was running late. Then an easier pace coming back and up Eaton. Opted to bail early and cut home through Shafran.

Around the block, or what passes for a block in these parts. Gradually increased cadence/pace with a recovery of sorts for the final 1200m. Hard work, but biomechanics felt ok for the most part. Still feeling inside L hip joint from most recent crash.
