Strider group run at forest. 10F, clear.

First run in about 4 weeks. Easy pace, but faster than the rest of the group so off the front and running solo. But running slow enough to stay with group felt forced and I didn't want risk aggravating the hamstring. But everything felt fine - the cardiovascular needs work, but that's to be expected.
