Nice run run with Kristina from Line St down around Buckingham Reservoir, back along Coops Sawmill to Shenipsit up towards Case and back to Line St. Good to catch up and a great morning to enjoy the trails..

Not pushing it, totally conversational pace, but heart rate running higher than it should. Getting fitted with a 7-day monitor next week to see if it might be a-fib.

Up at 5 again, but the past week or so I've pretty much been awake since 3-3:30 or so. Same again this AM. Doctors appt at 8am, so feels weird to just be killing time when I'm normally already at work..
