Ran to Brookside Park in Ellington to meet up with TCRC group, most of a 10 mile loop up to Somers, ran into Emma on way back so elected to run back up Meadowbrook & Hopkins with her. Ride back to house avoid running on 140. Solid run...

A bit of DOMS this morning, particularly in the calves. Me thinks I should have had more protein post race. 4 slices of cheese pizza were tasty, but not enough protein to stave off muscle scavenging..
