After dinner jaunt to fetch van from shop. Kept it easy, hip noticeably stiff, but not really sore. Ran on the wrong side of road for balance. Hope it stays that way. Vitamin I before bed just in case.

Edit: No idea what's up with the jacked HR for the first 5 minutes. Didn't really feel any different effortwise. Maybe heart misbehaving, or more likely a watch anomaly...
