Longish run with Dave M & Ginny. Legs felt good, but not a lot of energy. Longest run in a very long time. Gorgeous day out...

Sunny, mid-60's. Nice for a run, but would rather have been running in some woods somewhere, but will take what I can get, which isn't much these days. About as hard as my current fitness will allow (ie not much) but no real complaints from the legs - back inside of L knee a bit tight after, but not onerously so.

It is 2 minutes faster than last week, which is some good news..
