Day 1 of long trip with Hayden. Norwottuck rail trail in Belchertown > Amherst > NoHo. NoHo trail > Manhan from NoHo > Easthampton > Southampton. Then roads through Southampton & Westfield picking up Columbia Greenway in Westfield > Southwick railtrail. Off trail excursion to Summer House in Southwick. Back to railtrail and down through Southwick > Suffield > East Granby to my folks house for the night.

Dodged sprinkles a number of times but no major rain.

Met Dave M for his Tuesday jaunt on rail trail, though I would only go out a mile and a half then turn around per my rehab schedule. But now officially able to run rather than jog. Wet & humid as it had been raining steadily most of the night. Felt good though...
