Cool to start - left the long sleeve on - bad idea - overheated from the start and just not running fast. Plus routes took me through a lot of rocky stuff which slowed things down.

Much better - cleaner running woods, good flow, but still didn't feel 'fast' until the last couple. Maybe just needed a decent warmup after not running or exercising for a week? Haven't eaten much lately either (Day 8 of no power) so could just be low on gas...

Another decent run - couple bobbles, plus got hung up on the old bridge crossing stream near the end - should have just gone down, through the stream and up the other side.
