Good first lap 90min, about 3 miles into lap#2 had sharp abdominal pain, into wood, blood in stool - not good. Kept going but backed way off the pace for the remainder of the race. Lots of walking, easy running where appropriate. A few minor ab cramps later on, but no real issues. Some minor leg cramping on the third lap. A good day for time on feet...

162 weight is after getting home, after eating & drinking post race so I'm guessing finishing weight was well under 160
