Another hour in the basement, pretty comfy.. Front edge of seat strap digging into thigh a little bit, have to try some adjustments to get it to go away. Tried it looser, but wound up rubbing on lower strap.
Even though I'm not going anywhere, I decided that I'd like to track rough mileage while riding the trainer. So I worked out the gear inches at roughly 80 cadence I'm doing right now and it works out to about 24kph - interestingly enough about the pace I was commuting on last fall on the DF. Of course I've got no hills in my basement. But its a good number for now... Some folks say you need to get 1000 miles or so in before you really begin to develop your 'bent' muscles.
