Run - Treadmill (Treadmill) 29:48 [4] 4.83 km (6:10 / km)

6:15 - rolling hills program - 3%-10% grade. Why is it that even though the treadmill can go to negative 5% grade, that a 'rolling' hills workout only goes uphill??
