Putting out directional signs before the assault. Not supposed to run, but couldn't help myself breaking into a light jog for much of the way. Also includes trip up & down mountain while doing the timing. Time & distance a rough guess at best...

Doing some training forensics (ie reading back through my older log entries). Appears that 3 track workouts a week apart are the likely culprit of my stress fracture - the road race was just the straw the broke the camels back (or clints leg depending upon your point of view)

Guess I'll steer clear of both track workouts and road running...

End of lake & back. Brisk ride out, met Rich Moore on way back, rode a conversational pace until the bridge, then parted ways... Steamy...

rode with Bondi B's - felt good & solid, though a little pedal bounce in craters. May need to move saddle up slightly if I use these regularly.
