Rainy, 33F. Everyone else opted to skip or go to bubble. So a solo 4 with GNC Saturday map in hand. Mostly to keep R arm steady, but also visualizing each leg while running fairly hard. Refold for new leg on each quarter mile. Shoulder not complaining.
