Tuesday Hills - wasn't feeling like running pavement so rode the bike to Fox Hill and rode my hills while others ran them. Certainly less pounding on the downhill. Cut it short at 8 climbs as I didn't want to overdo it on my first real bike ride in a very long time. And by the time I got home the tank was empty, really had to push through the last few gravel bits.
