400 minute ultra, 2 mile loop. Had aspirations of running easy for 5-6 hours. Heart rate jacked to max while jogging easy with Art B before we even got 1/4 mile. Dropped a bit over time, but never to a level representative of the effort. After 5 loops just decided to call it quits as it was just feeling too 'forced' for an easy run and I was basically running by myself anyway.
