Pack of coyotes woke me up about 12:30am - they were right outside the bedroom and we had the window open - so they might have well been in bed with us. Damn noisy beasts. Cat not impressed. Didn't start to fall back to sleep until close to 4.

Since I've got the LWB 'bent up for sale, I opted to ride the Mtn Bike to work. Had to stop and readjust the seat post, and certainly feeling the different muscles come into play on the hills, but not a bad ride. Fingers got numb toward the end due to nerve issues (one of the reasons I prefer 'bents) and my ass certainly isn't accustomed to a 'normal' bike seat anymore. But the goal was to get to work in a reasonable time frame - and that I did.

And it puts me on the hook for at least 50 minutes more exercise later on since its the only way home....

Nice afternoon for a ride home. thankful the forecast t-storms didn't materialize. Tail bones very sore. May reconsider riding again tomorrow.
