Running 58:40 [3] 10.6 km (5:32 / km) +110m 5:16 / km
My legs are sore from the two tempo runs two days ago. I do a relaxed 10 k run. It is easier to run when it is warm. 60 degrees are almost a perfect running temperature, at least when coming out of a cold winter.
See the park ranger sitting in a cruiser at a weird spot, a.k.a the ditch. I wonder what he is doing, until I realize, that he got stuck in the mud. Think about helping him to push the cruiser out, but I decide, that he has probably a tow truck on the way which is stronger than me. I assume the ranger was supposed to watch for the Bald Eagles at Dennings Point and make sure that humans don't disturb their winter stay at the peninsula. Probably the eagles will leave soon to wherever they spend the rest of the year.
