Ontario Champsionships Long. Tough long course, lost time on #5 and #15. Fell hard and hit my head in a tree at control 13, shook me pretty bad and took me aminute to compose myself and start running again.

shoes: Icebug Zeal 2

Ontario Championships Middle. Nice to revisit the Arkell map. Early start made it tough running through the semi-open areas with tall grass and herbs, as no tracks to follow. Slow and confused on the way to #1 as I didn't really have a plan. The rest of the course OK, but slow running due to lack of fitness.

Orienteering race 27:34 [3] 3.65 km (7:33 / km) +5m 7:30 / km

Ontario Champs Sprint at Guelph University Arboretum. Total disaster race, did not realise at the start flag that you had to turn around almost 180 degrees towards the first control, got almost 200m before realizing it, then made mistakes on 2 and 3, too.
