Note

Neck felt stiff and diffcult looking side ways for a couple of days.
Did not run for a few days until the neck felt back to normal.

Barren training.
at the start I fell and landed awkwardly on my head and hurt my neck. After gone back to the car and sitting for a while I decided I could at least go for a walk with the map.

Score-O with a twist at Britannia and Mud lake.
Good route choice training.
Legs heavy from yesterday.

Francis training.
Warmup to transit way. Then "intervals in rough terrain", across streams, through dense forest, up and down steep embankments, across rock piles, and in tall grass. 6 x100m strides.
Also a couple of strengths activities, carrying rocks to build a cairn as a new map feature :)
Cool-down from Woodroffe HS to Frank Ryan park.
Forgot my Garmin.
