Orienteering race 15:00 [4] **** 1.9 km (7:54 / km)

US Team trials Sprint at Purchase Collega, White Plains, NY. Had a good solid race, only mistake was route to 7 where I was on wrong level and couldn't get down to road below but had to run around a building. Best had been stairs down to tunnel underneath. My left hamstring still tight so couldn't run full speed, but did not slow me much.
