Orienteering race at Pinhey's Point. I started with the long sprint course. really hot out in fields.

Micro-Orienteering course at Pinhey's Point. short course with 27 controls with a map scale of 1:2000.

Running training with the O-group. for warm-up we had a short orienteering course, then we ran out to the transit-way were we did some loops on some trails. then ran back to Frank Ryan were we did some intervals and strides.
