Probably got what Mike had from last Wed and over the weekend.. feel weak & out of energy.

Along the shoreline in Old Saybrook. Felt refreshing with the different movement for the legs + it was very windy which makes you feel alive. After that some hills.

A run from our place, up Prospect Hill, over to the damm, on the trail along the river to the football field, back along Orange St & through town back home.
Mental note: Don't eat pickled herring for lunch if you plan to run later.

Run at West Rock starting at Stone St, followed the red trail to the second road and turned around. Nice day!

New class to fill the spot after ChiChi's hiphop.. I figured I would give it a try, but no, Tuesdays will probably be running days from now on.
