Nice warm day for a race (opposite of last year's traverse), almost got too hot at times. Had fun. Got really tired.
Bad route choices, trouble by the control etc:
1: Getting to the road. I was in the group led by Boris, still can't understand how we ended up on that trail, looking at where we probably exited the parking lot/open field ???
3: Couldn't get a grip on how the stonewall bend was in relation to the contours, more people there as I was getting closer to the control though.
7: On my way to 7 I ran in the wrong direction on one of the trails but soon discovered and had to cut through/ climb a little.
11: Could have gone more straight, was drawn to the left.
12: Even though it looked like a good route on the map and was scenic the little trail to the left was not fast.
13: I cut through the ravine instead of running the trail around.
15: Had trouble in the ring.
16: Probably should have taken the trail a bit further.
18: To go by where the rocky ground seemed to end was a bad idea, cause it never really did as I went up the ski slope..
Thought I made it through this race without hurting myself but of course I fell on my way to the finish = (
