Did the 3 mile loop but stopped at sammy walkers hill to do 10x hill reps.
Intensity 5 on hill reps but 4 for the run around the loop.

Note

Decided to start my Attackpoint again begining from arriving in Poland :)
9 AM

Cycling 26:20 [3] 6.6 km (3:59 / km)
shoes: GT Avalanche

Cycled up to Drumkeeragh with Dad and Harry, went the way with more climb - by Park Rd.
10 AM

Run 44:07 [4] 9.03 km (4:53 / km)
shoes: Asics Patriot 3

Ran to the big hilly loop and did two of them then back to the bikes. Was pushing hard on the climbs. Calfs were burning at the start, probably from the cycling.
11 AM

Cycling 17:48 [3] 6.6 km (2:42 / km)
shoes: GT Avalanche

Cycling home again, nice big descent with a few climbs later on.
