Messed up checkpoints 3 and 5.

For three, the marshes around the point were dense and confusing and the river that I was following got away from me, so I missed my attack point, but was able to relocate off of a nearby river and a deeper part of the marsh.

For five, I misread the terrain and ended up going in the opposite direction from my point, relocated off of a trail.
