Run from my place round Deer Lake to the bottom of the stairs. Felt good to start. Got shin pain around 4.5km, tried to stretch it out, which didn't help. Felt like I was limping while running. By 5.5km it was fine again
Club run with Louise. We ran from Andrea's up to Rice Lake, and did a loop of the lake. Then we were supposed to do an orienteering loop to practice forest running. I bailed pretty quickly and just followed lake trail around doing some off trail pieces. Run home via Lynn Valley. Nice run. Didn't eat enough (we started running at 7), so I crashed pretty hard waiting for food!
