Post Thanksgiving Carlisle pick up game (5 a side)- I've lost count of the number of times I retired from playing soccer due to injury- well at least 4- so must have been desperate to take part today- anyhow it was fun and other than a couple of bruises everything seems intact.

Beautiful day. Challenging Beaver Brook course- reasonable run with 5-6 min lost - some risk on number 2 opting for trail run and attack from 300m diagonally uphill, overran 7 (complacency), minor bobbles on 5,14 and main error on number 15 (crossed the swamp and was too far south).
