Damp and dreary - easy day planned

T: Tues 28th track 200m intervals at sub 32sec pace
R: July 2 Carlisle OHD mile (a course to my liking with uphill in last half)
T: Tues July 5th track 50-100m strides and wind sprints
R: July 9th Bay State Games 800m
