Back in the saddle again.... A bit underdressed, but felt OK after the first 20 minutes or so. I got a new gadget for the bike.... my Garmin links to a cadence and speed sensor. Doesn't do much with this software, I will have to see what it looks like in Sport Tracks. I rode the road bike today. Nice little spin. Didn't pay attention to speed so much. Kept it at a moderate effort. I think the last time I was in the saddle was the Turkey Burner. Sad....

Soccer 50:00 [3]

Post season round robin. We scrambled the teams and the format. Last week at the StarDome at Holy Angels. All the teams were remixed. We played 7v7, no goalies, narrow goals (cones) ball had to be on the ground. A lot of running and protecting the goal. We were good for third place.... Afterwards, the teams went to Christos for some greek food.

Fun OTNT called together by MO. Tom, Kelly, Biz, Andrei, Pete C., Will Eddy and I put in a nice trail run. Got back to MoBiz's hood and went for a little extra trail run with most of the group. A couple of sprints and a couple of hills to mix things up.

Training run with Clark. The trails are nearly ice free. They will definitely be clear after the 50 degree temps this week. Average was 18:30 per mile. Walked .24 afterward and didn't realize the watch was still counting.
